Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA which means we can claim immunity from claims of copyright infringement. To submit a valid infringement claim, you need to provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that was infringed;
- Details about the infringing material and how to locate it;
- Contact information for the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized by the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for quick attention.
It’s important to note that we may disclose the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice for alleged copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material reinstated on the site. The counter notification must include the following:
- Your signature;
- A description of the removed material and its original location;
